The Covid-19 pandemic has brought employee health and wellbeing to the forefront of business agendas. In response to the pandemic, 81% of organisations have increased their focus on supporting employees with their mental health, according to a survey conducted by CIPD.[1] Many organisations are taking steps to tackle presenteeism and adopting a more holistic approach to wellbeing so they can better look after people throughout the employee lifecycle.

Jessica Easterbrook is the a Lead HR & OD Consultant at East Sussex County Council. She believes happy and healthy employees are the foundation of any successful organisation and is passionate about projects that promote positive working cultures.
